Summary of Itinerary:
Meet outside Westminster station, get acquainted & grab a coffee, tour of Westminster Abbey, travel by bus or taxi to St. Paul's, tour of St. Paul's. Lunch at historical pub near St. Paul's, then walk or grab bus/taxi to the Tower of London. Tour of the tower and happy to join you for supper or close the tour there. Approx. hours: 9.30 am - 18.00

Tour 2: Dickensian South: Globe Theatre & Southwark Cathedral, with Southbank & surrounds
This tour comes as a half-day experience across the middle of the day, from 10am to around 3pm. We will meet at the London Eye and walk from there down to the Globe Theatre, where I will show you around Shakespeare's the London home of Shakespeare's famous plays and talk you through some of the history of the south side of the river as we go. Once we've been around the Globe, we can get some lunch either at an historic pub along the river, or pick up a sandwich and chat on the riverside benches. After lunch, we will visit Southwark Cathedral, an immensely historic church where so many famous Britons, including Shakespeare himself, are buried. At the end, I will show you around Borough Market where you might want to pick up a delicious cake or a gourmet wine or olive oil to take home, or grab something later for dinner!
Tour Extension
If you are interested in seeing a play at Shakespeare's Globe, I would be delighted to organise tickets for you either just for your own enjoyment or to accompany you into the evening with a bit more history & walking in the area.
Prices: Tour (includes entrance & guide's entrance to the Globe Theatre): £160 for an individual; group rates available upon request.
Tour + Extension (Include + 2 hours' guide fee plus average Globe Theatre play ticket): £250
Tour 3: Windsor Castle or Hampton Court Palace
Enjoy a trip out of town to Windsor Castle in Berkshire or Hampton Court Palace in Surrey, both via a train journey from Waterloo station.
Each of these royal residences is overflowing with royal history and arguably essential to any visit to London. Windsor is associated with all monarchs dating back to the time of William the Conqueror, and Hampton Court to Henry VIII and the Tudor dynasty.
